Success and leadership are the themes of meetings at International Profit Associates (IPA), a Chicago 
  management consulting firm serving more than 40,000 businesses throughout the US and Canada.

  As one of the fastest growing private companies in America, IPA knows the importance of motivating its 
  1400 employees. That's why John Burgess contacted SBSB to find the perfect match for IPA's annual 
  "Celebration of Success," a banquet honoring top salespeople in the company. As a result, former
  President Gerald Ford gave the keynote speech and acknowledged IPA's achievements in January 1998. 
  Following his address, Burgess presented President Ford with a commemorative award for his own 
  exemplary leadership. At the next "Celebration," Bob Dole provided the keynote address, praising IPA's 
  leadership in businesses, and in 1999 George Bush Sr. addressed the gathering-again, by exclusive

  Christy's company, a division of Sportscare USA, provides certified athletic training services and sponsors
  educational tournaments for over 50 high schools in Louisiana. Christy is in charge of the annual "Scholar 
  Athlete Banquet," a community effort involving local media and businesses to honor students who excel in
  both academics and sports. This year, keynote speaker at the event was motivational speaker Brian 
  Holloway, former Stanford University All-American and 5 Time All-Pro, now sports consultant 
  extraordinaire. As Vice President of the NFL Players Association, Brian was a principle architects of the
  NFL's growth strategy resulting in the landmark $18 billion TV contract in 1998.

  "Who better to inspire kids to succeed? Everyone loved him!" Christy told us. "And working with SBSB 
  was so easy. You kept my stress level to a minimum. I didn't have to do a thing-you did it all!"

  A highly diversified global manufacturer with operations in 26 countries, FMC Corporation decided to bring 
  together top level managers in St. Petersburg, FL last March. Stocks had been languishing in the wake of 
  the technology market, and in spite of its $4.5 Billion in annual sales, FMC needed to re-energize the 
  company's vision.

  "We wanted people to be inspired with a sense of a mission, one which could be accomplished in the
