Connie has served as Director of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
and Director of Staff Relations at a large community hospital. She conducts
workshops and in-service training seminars for hospital, health care organizations
and national and state associations throughout North America. She creates
workshops for departments ranging from maintenance and food service, to
nursing and boards of directors. She also provides seminars for physicians'
office staffs, facilitates management retreats and conducts programs that
can be offered to the community as hospital-sponsored events for families,
educators, and business leaders.
Connie obtained her B.A. in Speech/Drama and Education at Northern Illinois
University, M.A. in Human Relations at Eastern Connecticut University and
her certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor from the State of
Louisiana.
